1/4 lb Paramount Thinning Flakes - Fully hydrogenated palm kernel oil with Soya Lecithin
Dipping Chocolate works best if some flakes are added to help thin it out. Approximately one heaping tablespoon full to a pound of chocolate may be needed to get the correct consistency for dipping. DARK and MILK chocolate do not need thinning flakes as they have natural cocoa oils. All others will need thinning flakes, including White Chocolate. This is due to the government regulation: Removal of trans-fats from all products.
