Shipping Info
- Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates
- Delivery addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam should add an additional $5.00 charge for standard Shipping & Delivery
- A shipping estimate will be provided during checkout, but may be changed once your order is finalized. Orders are shipped UPS ground Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Return Policy
- Any requests for returns due to damage must be made by e-mailing or calling us within 2 businesses days of receiving your order
- Returns are not accepted without prior authorization
- You must save packaging materials for damaged orders as UPS may require an inspection
- Food products can not be returned
- You must call us to receive authorization to return the damaged merchandise
Melting Policy
- During warm weather, typically May through October, some softening or sticking of delivered chocolate may occur
- When properly handled, chocolate may be melted and remelted hundreds of times without impacting the quality
