Shipping Info

• Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates
• Delivery addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam should add an additional $5.00 charge for standard Shipping & Delivery
• A shipping estimate will be provided during checkout, but may be changed once your order is finalized. Orders are shipped UPS ground Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Return Policy

• Any requests for returns due to damage must be made by e-mailing or calling us within 2 businesses days of receiving your order
• Returns are not accepted without prior authorization
• You must save packaging materials for damaged orders as UPS may require an inspection
• Food products can not be returned
• You must call us to receive authorization to return the damaged merchandise

Melting Policy

• During warm weather, typically May through October, some softening or sticking of delivered chocolate may occur
• When properly handled, chocolate may be melted and remelted hundreds of times without impacting the quality
