Colored Chocolate Wafers

Merckens Chocolate, (Rainbow Wafers) is a high quality melting compound, especially designed to melt and use without tempering. Whether dipping, molding, or 10 minute recipes, this chocolate will satisfy all your needs!

Add Paramount Thinning Flakes to ALL colored chocolate wafers including white, to get a creamy texture for dipping.  Approximately one heaping tablespoon full to a pound of chocolate may be needed to get the correct consistency.  This is due to the government regulation: Removal of trans-fats from all products.

Shipping chocolate in summer months is not guaranteed that is wont be melted when received. It is still useable just break or chunk up as small as possible and re-melt.
