Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.
Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders you place with Classic Cake Decorations late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday.
Delivery addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam should add an additional $5.00 charge for standard Shipping & Delivery.
A shipping estimate will be provided during checkout, but may be changed once your order is finalized. Orders are shipped UPS ground Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We provide shipping estimates as follows:
Any requests for returns due to damage must be made by e-mailing or calling us within 2 businesses days of receiving your order. Returns are not accepted without prior authorization. You must save packaging materials for damaged orders as UPS may require an inspection. Food products can not be returned except due to shipment damage. You must call us to receive authorization to return the damaged merchandise.
During warm weather, typically May through September, some softening or sticking of delivered chocolate may occur. Properly handled, chocolate may be melted and remelted hundreds of times without impacting the quality. The quality of the chocolate will not be impacted if some softening or sticking occurs.
We will backorder items should we be out of stock.
