Christmas Crunch Recipe

1 lb Dark Merckens Chocolate Wafers
1 lb White Merckens Chocolate Wafers
1/2 lb Red & Green Peppermint Crunch
4 Drops Peppermint Oil
MELT the dark chocolate. Stir in the peppermint oil. Spread onto parchment lined 9 x 13 pan. Tap down to level and let set up at room temperature until firm.
MELT the white chocolate. Stir in half of the peppermint crunch and spread on top of dark chocolate. Tap down to level. Sprinkle remaining peppermint crunch on top and press in to set. Allow to set up at room temperature until firm.
BREAK into large pieces. Package it up. Share with family & friends :)
